Amuse ~ Salmon rosette served on a cucumber chip wiht citrus cream cheese paired with SageCliffe 100 Chardonnay
Dinner Salad ~ Mixed greens tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette and topped with cucumber, grape tomatoes and fresh figs paired with Cave B Chardonnay
Entree ~ Grilled hanger steak with fingerling potatoes surrounded by a smoked tomato sauce and seasonal vegetables
or
Seafood Stew - Clams, prawns and salmon with a sweet tomato and anise sauce served over arborio rice and seasonal vegetables
Both entrees are paired with Cave B Semillon and Cave B Merlot
Dessert ~ Citrus creme brulee with fresh berries paired with Cave B Late Harvest Semillon
