When complete, a proposed 500-acre retreat - with a hilltop village - will be developed. Offering the ultimate in experiential travel, SageCliffe is designed to include an additional lodge with a restaurant and guest accommodations, artists' studios, indoor and outdoor theaters, golf course and pro shop, equestrian center, exhibition halls and galleries and arts vistas placed throughout the property - all built to complement the natural environment.

Guests will be able to take part in workshops with artists and musicians, attend lectures by prominent writers and scientists, experience great theater, dance and music.
