Spa Policies
Reservations
A valid credit card or gift card number is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations
We are aware that unavoidable situations arise in life. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our receptionist. We ask that you provide a 48 hour notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs outside the 48 hour time frame, there will be a charge of 100% of your scheduled service. Group bookings and spa experiences greater than 4 hours in length will be charged at 100% if not cancelled or rescheduled more than 72 hours in advance
Upon Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out any necessary paperwork and change into your robe. This 15 minute time frame insures that your treatment will begin on time and that you will be able to enjoy your full treatment. You will be issued a locker where you can keep your personal belongings and for your comfort, we ask that you remove all jewelry.
Punctuality
Please notify us if your are to be late for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be cancelled or shortened, and you will be charged the full amount of your treatment.
Children
We kindly request that children do not accompany you to the spa unless they are receiving spa services as well. Your understanding is appreciated.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. If you would like to leave gratuity, please notify the receptionist, and it will be added to your bill. An 18% gratuity is automatically added to all spa reservations greater than 4 hours in length or for more than 3 people.
