Golf: The Links at Moses Pointe has garnered a reputation as one of Washington State’s best golf courses and is known as one of our finest links courses that has been carved out the beautiful Columbia Basin. It is a championship golf course, known for its excellent design, exceptional guest hospitality, and is one the most sought out golf courses in the Pacific Northwest. The Links is a challenging course that offers true greens and immaculate fairways, but if you’re hitting the ball straight then expect to score well.

Skiing: Hit the slopes at Mission Ridge. The combination of dry snow and over 300 days of sunshine annually makes Mission Ridge well known throughout the Northwest, providing an experience many people compare to other world class areas in Idaho, Colorado and Utah.

The Wild Horse Wind Farm: Open seasonally, The Wild Horse Wind Farm is a 229-megawatt wind farm built by Puget Sound Energy that consists of 127 1.8-megawatt Vestas V80 turbines on a 8,600-acre (3,500 ha) site 15 miles east of Ellensburg.

Grand Coulee Dam: Washington State’s Recreation Capitol featuring year-round activities including tours of the dam, shopping, dining, fishing, hiking and more!

Dry Falls Interpretive Center: As the name suggests, Dry Falls no longer carries water, but is the remnant of what was once the largest waterfall known to have existed on earth. Viewing the 3.5 miles of sheer cliffs that drop 400 feet, it is easy to imagine the roar of water pouring over them. (Niagara Falls by comparison, is one mile wide with a drop of 165 feet).
